Hi all, My name is Caitlyn Alger and I was born with Cerebral Palsy. I am nearly seventeen years old.
I love to play heaps of sports because I am sports mad about any type of sport. My favorite sport to play at the moment is wheelchair basketball. My other favorites are playing soccer and watching the footy. GO PIES!! I also love to swim. I'm in the swimming squad for school and I'm the only girl in the squad.
I go to Glenallen school which is a special school for people like myself. I'm in my second last year at school. When I leave school I want to get into Tafe course maybe something to do with sport or sports management.
My dreams are to go to Italy, Denmark and to swim with the dolphins. I would also like to meet Nathan Buckley because he used to play for Collingwood and he is my idol.
I got tons of friends and I like to hang out with them at school and out of school.
I like to go to the movies especially Gold Class, Vmax, Imax and 3D.
My mum and I love to walk our cheeky dog Whisky around the block.
My favorite foods are Danish sausages and Danish hamburgers. My step-dad comes from Denmark and he makes them for my family.
I go to wheelchair sports, which is on a Saturday. I go in a sports chair. I've been going ever since I was seven years old.
I love to watch heaps of television. My favorite shows are Home and Away, Neighbours, Disney channel and The Simpsons.
